The Double Brown Cookie: A Horse Country Original
Created in Fauquier County, Virginia, the Double Brown is our signature cookie. We started with our handmade toffee and ran trial and error tests on size, baking time and temperature, baking surface, butter brownness and ingredient ratio until we finally nailed down the recipe for this chewy, sweet and salty original.
It’s unlike any cookie you’ve had before and once you try one you’ll never be able to find one like it.
